Tayja joins Stevenson Luchies & Legh as an articled student having recently completed her J.D. from the University of Victoria. A Victoria local, she also completed her undergraduate degree at UVic, majoring in psychology with honours. She previously worked as a legal assistant which ultimately prompted her to attend law school. Her interests are wide ranging, and as such she is happy to be part of a full service firm. She is looking forward to working in the Victoria community and growing her legal expertise.
Tayja was awarded the DLA Piper LLP Award in Administrative Law, the Lawson Lundell Law Prize in Business Associations and was the recipient of the Faculty of Law Access Scholarship.
Outside of the office, you will most likely find her at a local sushi restaurant, enjoying a good cup of coffee, or walking any of her friends’ dogs along Dallas Road.
