William Perkinson
Will earned his Juris Doctor from Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon, in 2005, after obtaining his undergraduate degree from Campbell University in Buies Creek, North Carolina, and was called to the Bar in British Columbia in 2021.
For fourteen years, before moving to Canada in 2019, he capably served his clients in a wide range of matters: administrative, business, cannabis, civil, criminal, family, juvenile, personal injury, probate, and real estate.
He also worked in the Tribal Court for a large First Nations Confederation and as a Municipal Court Judge.
From the beginning, offering solutions informed by research and experience has been his primary goal –with trust, constructive dialogue, thoughtful advocacy, and dedication to his clients’ interests as the foundation of his practice.
A firm community supporter, Will has served on a public library board, a historic theatre renovation board, a local marijuana rules panel, and in several regional Bar association roles, among others.
When he isn’t working, Will spends time with his family and supporting live music and the arts. He thinks running is fun, and on weekends he also enjoys boating, kayaking, hiking, biking, and the many fabulous parts of island life.

Testimonials
Here’s what our happy clients had to say about our services:
From the development of my Cannabis business to interim contract negotiations and property acquisition, Will provided me with honest communication, ensuring that I understood the potential risks and benefits of the various paths before me. For more than two years I was able to trust the performance of Mr. Perkinson and was highly confident that he had my best interests and that of my business in mind.
When it comes to your family, any legal issue can be an especially challenging and emotional experience. Mr. Perkinson worked diligently with me to build a plan that afforded me the best possible outcome. He continuously outperformed and rose above my highest expectations. Mr. Perkinson was able to wave away uncertainty and quell my confusion surrounding the complex experience that is family court while building positive rapport with the presiding honorable judges. If you are navigating through the complex issues of custody, parenting time, and protective orders, I highly recommend Mr. Perkinson as a family lawyer.
One of my greatest pleasures in life was doing business with William Perkinson. He is honest and hardworking for your cause. I believe if you are in William’s care you will be taken care of and will benefit from doing business with him.
