This week we get a further glimpse at the solicitor-client privilege, gathering more insights on how to use this gift effectively.
It is a lawyer’s job to provide good advice for legal proceedings. For a lawyer to do their job properly, they need to know everything that you know.
If a lawyer has all the information they need, they are then able to provide the best possible advice.
For us to trust our lawyer, we are given the lawyer-client privilege. Even if we choose not to follow the advice of our lawyer, they will never be able to divulge the information provided to them.
Good to know.
