Zachary Currie

Zachary joined Stevenson Luchies & Legh as an articled student in February 2022. Born and raised in southern Ontario, he and his family have lived across Canada and the United States, and his extended family lives scattered across multiple continents. He is, however, happy to finally find a home on Vancouver Island, an approximate geographical centre of the family circle.

In 2009, Zachary attended the University of Western Ontario, graduating with a B.A. Honours Specialization in Philosophy in 2013. He worked in printing afterwards before attending law school at the University of Minnesota in 2016, where he would graduate with a Juris Doctor in 2019.

Outside of work, Zachary can be found lost in translation, from Burmese to English and back again, as his wife strives to teach their son her native language and abandons hope of her husband ever learning it.
