Stevenson Luchies & Legh provides legal advice to Indigenous communities throughout British Columbia.  We work closely with our client communities to build long term relationships that address community priorities.  We have lawyers available to support clients with employment law, governance, constitutional law, consultation agreements, economic benefit agreements and administrative law.

On behalf of our clients, we are committed to ensuring the government fully implements the United Nation’s Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous People, the Calls to Action from the Truth and Reconciliation Commission and the B.C. Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples Act in order to meet the requirements of each individual community.

We work with our clients to ensure B.C. laws are harmonized with Indigenous Rights, we assist in creating a framework for shared decision making, and we support Indigenous communities to build and sustain partnerships at every level in British Columbia including throughout the natural resource process.
