Chris moved to Victoria from Ontario in 1978 to begin a long and varied career as a legal assistant. She grew up in a  military family living in British Columbia, Quebec, Colorado, and Ontario.

She has worked in the legal community in Victoria for four decades. Her experience includes corporate and business law, real estate, estate planning and administration, and aboriginal law. She spent most of her career at a large downtown firm in Victoria and now enjoys being part of a smaller though equally dynamic and effective law firm. From typewriters and carbon paper to computers and paperless offices, Chris has known it all.

Throughout her career, she has worked to enhance office effectiveness through clear communication and interaction with clients, and feels a great sense of accomplishment assisting clients with their various legal needs.

Outside of work she focuses on hiking,  reading, spending time with  grandchildren, and riding her new e-bike around Victoria.
