Abhishek Bhardwaj

Abhishek Bhardwaj (Abhi) is an associate at the firm, practicing in a wide range of areas including corporate and business law, financing, real estate, and wills and estate planning.

Before beginning his legal practice in British Columbia, Abhi successfully completed the National Committee on Accreditation (NCA) process. He pursued his academic journey in India, earning degrees in law, corporate secretaryship, and undergraduate studies.

Abhi has previously worked with renowned international firms, where he advised boards of directors and senior management on high-impact transactions such as corporate restructuring, cross-border transactions, corporate governance, and the sale and purchase of businesses.

He is fluent in English and Hindi.

Outside of work, Abhi enjoys following Formula One and making chai.
