Craig H. Penner

Craig was born and raised in Victoria, where he attended Camosun College and the University of Victoria. After completing degrees in creative writing and English, Craig attended the University of Calgary Faculty of Law, where he received his juris doctor. Craig returned to Victoria after law school and was called to the bar in 2022 before joining Stevenson Luchies & Legh.

Craig primarily practices in strata property law. In this area, Craig helps strata councils navigate internal governance issues, property disputes with neighbours, and any other challenges common to life in a strata corporation. Craig also works with strata councils to draft bylaws that comply with recent law changes, offer protection in a range of common situations, and reflect the unique circumstances of life in each strata corporation.

In his spare time, Craig enjoys reading, walking his dog, and making music.
