Braden Greaves
Braden originally joined Stevenson Luchies & Legh as an articling student in May 2016 and continued with the firm as a lawyer after being called to the bar in 2017. He has experience in a range of practice areas, including Family, Corporate/Commercial, and Conveyancing. Braden is developing a general practice, with a particular focus on the litigation, administration, and planning of Estates.
He completed his Juris Doctor at the University of Victoria in 2016. Prior to law school, Braden Completed his BA at the Royal Military College of Canada. Braden served as an Infantry Officer in the Canadian Armed Forces from 2003-2016 and as lawyer from 2022-2026 where he gained significant experience in the areas of Administrative Law, International Humanitarian Law, and Law of the Sea.
Braden has a long track record of serving his community and his country. He continues to provide the same level of dedication and service to his clients by helping them through some of the most difficult and important matters in their lives.
