Braden began his legal career as an articled student with Stevenson Luchies & Legh in 2016 and continued with the firm as a lawyer after being called to the bar in May 2017. Though experienced in a variety of areas of law, he focuses his practice in the areas of Wills and Estates and family law.
Before joining the legal profession, Braden spent 12 years as a member of the Canadian Armed Forces, including 10 years in the Regular Force 2 years in the Primary Reserves while attending law school. He has received The Canadian Forces Decoration (CD), Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal, and the General Campaign Star for serving in Afghanistan in 2010.
Braden received his JD from the University of Victoria in May 2016, after graduating with a BA in Political Science with a minor in English Literature from the Royal Military College of Canada.
When not working, you can find Braden spending as much time as possible with his wife, young sons, and their dog. They can often be found walking and hiking in and around Victoria in the company of their friends.
