Katherine Tochor
Katherine joined Stevenson Luchies & Legh as a law student in 2020 and continued with the firm as a lawyer after her call to the bar in the spring of 2023. Born and raised in Saskatchewan, Katherine has a background in fine art and design. She began her post-secondary studies in Montreal at McGill University, then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Design degree from Emily Carr University of Art & Design. Always eager for a challenge, she decided to go to law school after spending a few years working as a graphic designer in Vancouver.
Katherine graduated from the University of Victoria with her Juris Doctor in 2022. Throughout her time at UVic, she was the recipient of numerous awards for her academic work and performance. Katherine has a wide variety of legal interests including wills and estates, family law, and civil litigation.
Katherine is proficient in French and attended French immersion schools while growing up. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and dog, doing yoga and spinning, and going back to Saskatchewan to visit family and friends.
