William Perkinson
Will earned his Juris Doctor from Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon, in 2005, after obtaining his undergraduate degree from Campbell University in Buies Creek, North Carolina, and was called to the Bar in British Columbia in 2021.
For fourteen years, before moving to Canada in 2019, he capably served his clients in a wide range of matters: administrative, business, cannabis, civil, criminal, family, juvenile, personal injury, probate, and real estate.
He also worked in the Tribal Court for a large First Nations Confederation and as a Municipal Court Judge.
From the beginning, offering solutions informed by research and experience has been his primary goal –with trust, constructive dialogue, thoughtful advocacy, and dedication to his clients’ interests as the foundation of his practice.
A firm community supporter, Will has served on a public library board, a historic theatre renovation board, a local marijuana rules panel, and in several regional Bar association roles, among others.
When he isn’t working, Will spends time with his family and supporting live music and the arts. He thinks running is fun, and on weekends he also enjoys boating, kayaking, hiking, biking, and the many fabulous parts of island life.
