Ashwini Kashikar
Ashwini Kashikar graduated from the University of Pune, India, in 2012 and completed her Master’s degree in law in 2014 (silver medalist), obtaining First Class with Distinction. She further completed a Master’s degree in law at the University of Toronto and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2017.
Ashwini is fluently trilingual and is happy assisting clients in English, French and Hindi. She worked with a reputed law firm in Sudbury, Ontario, before moving to British Columbia.
Today, as a member of the Bar of British Columbia, Ashwini looks forward to working out of the firm’s office in Nanaimo. Her areas of interest are wills and estates, estate litigation, real estate, civil litigation, and family law.
As an active community member in Sudbury, Ashwini sat on the Board of the Sudbury Community Service Centre. Maintaining her active interest in academia, she taught as a sessional lecturer at Laurentian University in Sudbury.
